Coming out of having daughter Súl do my nails for the month, I tripped over the tire stop thing and did a face-plant into the asphalt in the parking lot. Bloody nose, banged up knee, wrist VERY sore (probably sprained) and road rash on the left side of my face. I feel like a total idiot, and I hurt like the dickens.
