D’Arcy v Myriad Genetics Inc. Cancer Voices Australia v Myriad Inc. On 5 September 2014 the Full Court of the Federal Court consisting of Allsop CJ, Dowsett, Kenny, Bennett and Middleton JJ handed down a unanimous decision, of what the writer thinks was long awaited.See previous post. The Court held at 207 [4].

A documentary which discusses the issue of depression and other mental conditions and disorders plaguing the legal profession.
