In June of this year a Lin Mun Poo of Malaysia was charged with hacking the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and other U.S. companies. The Fed has since claimed that the data stolen from their systems was actually from a test system that is used to test applications and software with fake data. Link to Computer World article.
