Pejabat Pentadbiran Taman Kinabalu sub-stesen Serinsim. Chalet untuk disewa pada kadar rm300 semalam. Chalet ini mempunyai 3 buah bilik tidur, lengkap dengan bilik air, ruang tamu dan dapur.dapur pula lengkap dengan peralatan memasak.pengunjung hanya perlu membawa bahan makanan untuk dimasak.
