I love a good challenge – the thrill of the unknown, the fun of gaining new experiences, and the satisfaction of building confidence. And there is something absolutely fixating about elaborate recipes. I love the fancy, beautiful creations - and my newest challenge has been using Tart Pans and Silpat mats. Greek designers and crafters. Holiday decoration on the stove. I started decorating the house last week but so far I didn't have the time to post anything. The first spot I chose to decorate was the top of the stove which last year was left completely bare. I didn't do something special just recycled some things from last year's holiday mantel.
