A Fit and Spicy Life. A lot of cooking, a little wine and workouts to keep it all inline. Fitness Friday: At Home Workouts. May 15, 2015. With those weeks I opt to workout at home to make sure I’m not gone too long. To keep the variety interesting this week I did some searching on YouTube for Tone It Up workouts, new Fitness Blender and any other fun videos I could find. Sunday: I did manage to get to the gym, a good cardio and weights session. I also tried a Hula Hoop DVD, my core was sore on Monday!
