I came across this show when i was in a bus watching this show on TVMobile. Coincidentally, it is located in Lavender Food Centre, which is quite near during my bus journey. We all know that dry beef noodle is really different from other dry noodles, like dry fishball noodle. A Food Collab :). Ngak Seah - Beef Kway Teow. My first attempt on a food blog post, so don't blame me for my poor language. Bugis Street Ngak Seah Beef Kway Teow. Beef Bee Hoon (Dry) - $4. It is definitely better than all other beef noodle i had tried in food courts, the sauce that was used, was perfect. The, not too thick but not too watery base , is excellent. The soup base is unknown as I had not tried it yet, oh well, maybe my next trip there I will try the soup noodle. Price: $3/ $4/ $5/ $6.

A Food Collab :). Katong Laksa or Laksa? Katong Laksa or our original Laksa? I believe most of us know the difference between Laksa and Katong Laksa. Katong Laksa is also referred to Nonya Laksa, that is eaten just with spoon. Nowadays, more and more good stalls of Laska are all Katong Laksa, but then i come across this stall which i believe most of us will like it. Kovan Food Centre/ Wet Market. First of all, the outlet at Central, the only one in Singapore currently, is a Japanese and Pasta Restaurant. First of all, the bowl is big as I have bought the bigger bowl which cost $12.90 . This comes with a bowl of miso soup. The Curry was alright 4/5. The rice was not hard and in fact, was soft and nice 4/5. A Food Collab :).
