My adventure with food. Pinotta – a home away from home. Froggies Birthday Party at Pinotta →. French Dinner – Cassoulet and Gruyere Potatoes. Well all in the last blog, hmmm sorry its been a while, I mentioned that Bec and I were cooking cassoulet. Well we can totally recommend the recipe except make sure your time management skills were a bit better than ours. You need to cook it the night before… Here is the recipe if anyone is interested (courtesy of Gourmet Traveller) . Large onions, quartered.

My adventure with food. French Dinner – Cassoulet and Gruyere Potatoes. Well I’m on the move →. Froggies Birthday Party at Pinotta. Last night I went to dinner at Pinotta for Olivier’s birthday. Andy had organised a set menu for us and i have to say I wasn’t disappointed at all. For entrée we had a selection of starters and my favourite was the kingfish carpaccio. The next dish we had was gnocchi napoli. It was simple but it allowed the gnocchi to be the hero of the dish. Posted by A foodie in training.

Well I went out for dinner at a great Lebanese Restuarant in north Melbourne and I forgot to take photos… Damn it… Well I did take one AFTER all the food had been eaten. My adventure with food. Froggies Birthday Party at Pinotta. A new year – Welcome to 2012 →. Well I’m on the move. Well it’s been a while and my mate keeps reminding me to update my blog. Thanks Lyndon for all the encouragement. Well I have been so busy with work and trying to find a new house to rent that I haven’t had time to even think about my blog. However, the cost is more of a down-payment because it comes with “updates” few times a year with seasonal recipes for no further cost. If I was still not convinced, they recently sent out an 8-week Bikini Series update which came with 8 weeks worth of workouts and meals planned out!
