A Resource for people interested in Nature and Wildlife Photography in Africa. Friday, February 5, 2010. Lone Photographer, Lions Head Cape Town - February Essay. Lions head has been good to me. I walked up it in 2004 and managed to put together one of my best images of the moon rising and the sun setting simultaneously. This was stitched into a panoramic, which I have printed up to 4.7m long! I realised that this was a great image- except I had left my tripod down in the car…. Nikon D700 - 18-35mm lens.
