Skip to main content. If I receive a Naval ROTC Scholarship can I automatically come to Cornell? No Acceptance at Cornell University is controlled by the Cornell Undergraduate Admissions Office. The NROTC and Cornell admission processes are totally separate and must both be completed successfully in order to attend Cornell on a NROTC scholarship. Apply to Cornell University. What does the NROTC Scholarship cover? What activities are required for midshipmen? Am I restricted to specific majors?
