Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Swimmin' in the backyard. I've been trying to take more pictures of the kids lately, but all we've done is lay around the house and play video games and swim. Saturday, June 21, 2008. Got the results this morning - I passed nursing state boards! I am officially an RN! Friday, June 20, 2008. Took the NCLEX (nursing state boards) yesterday. Dreadful test. It wasn't really all that bad, but it's one of those things where you can't really predict how well you did - lots of critical thinking - what sounds like a swell idea to me may not sound so great to the board of nursing . . . These are the Days the LORD has made! Friday, July 10, 2009. What a gift from God. We are sleeping through the night! Has been that way for a little while now. I have been blessed with a child that did it all on her own. Tuesday, July 14, 2009. We've finally made it for our vacation this summer - in Galveston for a couple of days. We took the kids to the beach for a couple of hours late this afternoon before dinner. They LOVED it! Everyone took a quick shower and we headed to Rainforest Cafe. Kids loved it. Very special day overall. Can't wait until tomorrow. Friday, March 27, 2009. Problems with the Lappy 486. I’m having serious computer issues again. This is a recurring theme in my life that I am not a fan of. Recurring themes that are ok: Tex-Mex, mini-vacations, pedicures, etc. Not ok?
