Saturday, 26 February 2011. Korean cooking lesson.making cucumber kimchee (oi sobaggi). Soak cucumber in salted water. Make the stuffing.spring onions, radish, ginger, salt, sugar and garlic. Add korean chilli pepper. Stuff the slit cucumbers. Tuesday, 22 February 2011. Korean food on a royal tray! I am a big fan of korean food. It's not as popular as japanese. But becoming visible in london. I've had one korean cooking lesson so far. And another this week. Sweet potato noodles stir-fry (chap-chae).

We went to blow glass at Glasi Hergiswil, which is about 15 minutes away from Hotel Felmis. I went with Kacy, Kristin, Jessica, Molly, and Kristin's sister Carrie. I had to include a picture of Lola. This is here in Blake's suitcase before we left! We can't wait to see her on Friday! The title of this post was the question was asked ourselves so many times this year. Do we want to go to Prague or get a dog? Would our stuff get stolen? Would we be able to sleep in the 14 hours on the train?
