Are you caring for an aged loved one? Are you running around after everyone and running yourself into the ground? For over four years we were caring for our father while looking after our families and working. We were looking after everyone else and neglecting ourselves. 2012 was the turning point for us and due to some family tragedies we were left at sixes and sevens, not knowing where to turn. All we wanted was somebody to ease the way, to share their experience and help us through all the tough times.
