Is a response to the growing need amongst Older Persons for services to enable them to continue living comfortably in their own homes, within familiar communities. The retirement industry cannot cope with the demand for accommodation especially Assisted Living and Frail accommodation. And often such accommodation is sought grudgingly; Older Persons would prefer to remain where they are but, because they can no longer care for themselves adequately, they are forced to move into old age homes.
