Sunday, 24 August 2014. Another research trip to Finnmark to collect more stories about Rømmekolle, the fermented milk culture unique to Norway originally cultured from leaves of Butterworth. Met some wonderful people sharing their Rømmekolle stories and serving home made Rømmekolle made with milk from Ivar Øverli. At the summer fair at Svanhovd. Thank you Pikene på Broen.
