Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Satan is referred to as the adversary. So, what does Satan have to do with adversity? Is adversity simply opposition? So, we look into the lives of others and label their experiences (pioneers, martyrs, etc.) as adversity when it may very well not be. If they did not perceive it as such it could not be defined as adversity. Did it have to be opposite from what they expected for their situation to be considered adversity to them? Is Satan's only weapon his ability to be opposite?

Sunday, October 12, 2008. I was in St. George because my brother Dee had open heart surgery. They found a growth growing around his heart and were not sure what is was. The Heart surgeons in St. George. All wanted to be there for the surgery, so you could say he had the best of the best. He has a nice long scar up the front of his chest. He is doing well after a really rough first night. I hear he is home now. He has a 6 week vacation, and he is not looking forward to it. Minnesota, visitors, babies.

I have babysit her a number of times and you could just sit and. Hold her the whole time. She is sleeping around 5 hours a night and we are all spoilling her rotten.
