Cajun Potato Soup Recipe. 2 TBSP: Unsalted Butter. 1/2 Onion, diced. 2 stalks of celery. 3 TBSP: all-purpose flour. 3 C: Chicken Broth. 1 can of corn. 2 lbs red potatoes. 1 1/2 tsp.: Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning (or any kind of Cajun Seasoning). 1/2 tsp.: thyme. 1/4 tsp.: Oregano. 2 Gradually whisk in the milk and the flour, and cook, whisking constantly, until incorporated, about 1-2 minutes. Tuesday, July 1, 2014. I've been trying to get things put into some kind of order around here. That includes some of my 'online mess'. I finally updated the 'Traveling Virtuousity' blog, if you've a mind to check it out. I hope to do a better job of keeping up with it. We got to enjoy the annual Chick reunion a little over a week ago. This year it was at Banbury Hot Springs in 'low' Idaho. I posted pictures on facebook, so I won't duplicate them here.
