Saturday, August 10, 2013. C goes to 1st grade. C started her 1st grade year this year. She's growing up up so quickly. She loves school, her teacher, her class, and loves reading most of all. She's proud to be a book worm. We are so happy to welcome baby J into our family. He was born a few weeks ago and is healthy, sweet, and doing very well. Mom is also well and makes it look so very easy. We certainly have our hands full, but it's a tremendous blessing for our family. M loves her baby brother:.

Saturday, May 19, 2012. Summer is now underway. I think our last post was near the start of Spring! We apologize about being slow to update. It has been VERY busy around here. So busy, that our little children need to sleep in the car to recover. Here are some fun pictures of the kids. M has now welcomed summer with her very first chocolate ice cream cone. However, the best part about my job, is that during the summer I can try to make up for it and have a LOT of fun with our kids in the extra time off. We have some sweet and hilarious kids. Tuesday, January 15, 2013. This beautiful babe had a carnival themed birthday with a few friends from church and school. She had been asking and scheming details for a carnival for months, so she was very pleased! A few of the friends that attended. The cutest clown on the block, by far! He recently celebrated a birthday also, but mom and dad were out of town and did not get to witness him and his bad self strutting around Chuck E. Cheese in his Optimus Prime costume. Way to go Grandma!

We're Off to See the Wizard. On Sunday mornings before church, the kids get the amazing privilege of watching old school musicals such as Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Music Man, and The Wizard of Oz. A few months back they watched The Wizard of Oz for the first time, and all loved it! We are a happy family!

Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Some serious catching up to do. Just today a friend used the word 'brave' to describe these crazy kooks! I love them all the more for it! From what I recall, within the minute of these pics being taken, they all had finger pain all over their faces and up their arms- I must have felt to frantic to take a pic of the later art! I have no idea why Miss M and I had some quality alone time, but we went to take some fun pics around town. This is one of my favorites! Easter hunt at home.
