What are you looking at? Monday, September 22, 2008. I had a meal in Guangzhou China that was at a Sichuan restaurant. One of the best meals I ever had. We had a dish with sweet potatoes and pork that was just incredible. My translator couldn't tell me the English name and I couldn't remember the Chinese name. I've been trying to find the dish online and now I found it! But not sure if I'll be able to make it.but I can dream! Yam with Pork Belly. Sunday, September 21, 2008. Not sure how I feel about this.
