Wednesday, February 22, 2012. They couldn't talk fast enough to tell us all about the day. Grandma bought them little stuffed owls whose eyes glow and they have been taking them to bed every night. Saturday, April 23, 2011. Great kitchen remodel of 2011: Alternative Layout. Pros: This keeps a much more open floor plan and it actually adds about 22 inches worth of cabinet space! Cons: You would have to walk around the corner to get to the fridge or anything in the cabinets by the fridge while cooking. It would also eliminate the dedicated dining room area however we were thinking the table could go in the corner by the windows and have some nice light. Let us know what you think!

Sunday, May 15, 2011. The Great Kitchen Remodel of 2011: Tiling and floor part two. After the cabinets were installed, Darren did some work on getting more tile laid. He made fantastic progress! This first picture is his progress in the morning. This next picture is his afternoon progress. Didn't he do awesome? I was way impressed. Now, this next picture is our newest challenge. We have to get a section that isn't level, at least flat. How are we doing that? The Great Kitchen Remodel of 2011: CABINETS!

Tuesday, April 7, 2009. The best friends in the world. I just got back from my trip to Utah which was awesome! First i got to see my family a lot which is amazing in and of itself. I got to go to lunch with Jamie which was really fun, then she gave me a tutu for my birthday. A tutu! They were even willing to dance with me a little. Then I got to come home to my boyfriend in DC. Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Here are a few things the little kiddos have been up to so far this month. Aaron likes to pretend he is a dog and that under the kitchen table is his dog house. Well, one night he wanted to sleep in his dog house. I didn't think he would actually fall asleep, but he did. We let him stay there about 15-20 minutes and then moved him to his bed.
