No Comments ↓. 内容如下 这本书虽然是2003年翻译出版,但英文原版其实早在1993年就已出版,可以参看中文版封底的版权信息页,英文版第一版的亚马逊链接为http:/ www.amazon.com/Crisp-Facilitation-Organized-Productivity-Fifty-Minute/dp/1560521996/ ,6个客户评论 5个5星、1个4星。 第6页中提到, 团队是由个人组成的集体 通常5 9人 ,这里颇有点意思,因为我所专长的Scrum其指南中也是规定Scrum团队大小为5 9人。 第12页,作者对于三种活动 培训 、 公众演讲 和 引导 进行了严格的区分,在我看来,这些区分仍然有效,而且至少国内还有很多人尚未能分辨它们之间的不同。 第33页针对如何做出决策进行了表述,其中写到 团队问题解决过程的6个步骤 1,建立团队的契约和管理规定 2,明确团队的目标 3,分析和确定主要原因 4,鉴别和确定潜在的可选解决方案 5,制定计划和实施正确的行动 6,评估和调整。
