August 12, 2014. I remember a naughty blue boy that would scoot on his startline, suck into the weaves, and run across the ring to get on the dogwalk. He still does these things. But he has improved so much! I have to be satisfied with Phil, he’s a rockstar. He’s still a goober though, properly named Deputy Doopdedoo.
