http://agilitytlcs.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, 13 October 2011. First TLC Workshop: 2 November. The first TLC workshop will be on 2 November and the key questions are: 1) What makes good learning objectives and success criteria 2) How can we weave Personal Learning and Thinking Skills into these? We would like to ask all staff to bring 3 examples of learning objectives and success criteria which they have used to the meeting. If possible could you bring two good examples and one shocker! Agility - Coaching: Coaching Essay
http://agilitycoaching.blogspot.com/2011/11/coaching-essay.html
Wednesday, 23 November 2011. Thank you for attending the session today, I know it is difficult to be enthusiastic at this time of year when we are all exhausted, but I really appreciated your feedback. Many people expressed an interest in doing more coaching but in a less forced and formalised setting, which is definitely the best way forward. More on this later. Http:/ www.scribd.com/doc/73608713? Monday, 26 September 2011. Thank you for attending the coaching session and for giving me so much useful and positive feedback. There will be two more sessions this year, the second in November. We are also going to be embedding coaching into our practice through TLCs, with time during each TLC for coaching, developing coaching skills and coaching relationships. There were many requests for more information following the session last week; I am therefore putting a few links here. 22 November 2011 at 14:34.

On 9th December 2014 the Secretary of State for Education, Nicky Morgan, and the School's Minister, David Laws announced proposals for a (Royal? College of Teaching. The plans for the college are in consultation at the moment and I urge all teachers to get involved in the debate. If you use Twitter follow #claimyourcollege. Why do I urge this? Agility - the Blog! Wednesday, 23 January 2013. INSET Wednesday 23rd January 2013. Working to Accelerate Student Progress. Feedback from departments on literacy strategies being used. The onion has come out of a concern that teachers are working harder than the students at improving their literacy. The aim with the Onion is to gain consistency; this will ensure the students understand what they need to do. The aim is that this is less work for teaches and more work for students.
