Sunday, November 14, 2010. Since Toy Story 3 is a BIG deal in our house, it seemed appropriate to let the kids dress up as Woody and Jessie for Halloween. Although we had to do a little convincing to ensure that Brooklen was Woody, and not Jessie (he LOVES Jessie), the kids were thrilled to pretend to be their favorite characters for an evening. My dad took B to get "real" cowboy boots so that he would look just like Woody; the whole evening, he repeated, "I look just like Woody!

Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Sunday, August 21, 2011. Brooklen turned 4 just before our vacation. We decided to have an art party for him. He gets REALLY into decorations and celebrations, so I was a little nervous about planning this event. Since he loves art, I thought that this would be a pretty easy way to celebrate . . . and it was! Next, we played "Pin the Chalk in Brooklen's Hand." The kids LOVED this game and it was so funny to watch them play. Thursday, August 18, 2011. We miss her soooo much!

Sunday, January 15, 2012. This is the view inside the house. The entire back of it opened up! And the best part, Rob, the kids, and I got our own 2 bedroom MIL apartment (there ARE some advantages to having the most kids)! B was playing a little stick baseball. And Hurley did a little, um, yoga? This series is my favorite. B organized all of the stuff that he collected on walks. I am going to have to use these prints somewhere in our new house. I just love all of the colors and textures!

Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Liberty Fest is Canton's huge July celebration. Out favorite part of the weekend is the "candy parade." Brooklen had a blast trying to collect as many sweets as he could. I, had a blast digging through his bag and stealing all of his tootsie rolls! PS It was his idea to carry the pumpkin. It's supposed to be used for collecting candy, right? Sunday, July 18, 2010.
