Sunday, September 5, 2010. Here is a recipe I used on placement, in a weekly cooking group with three clients. It's a recipe that does not take long, however, we'd also made another dish during the duration of the cooking activity. This recipe was chosen because it had been identified by the clients that it was something that they used to make before they were unwell and it was a dessert they all enjoyed. This made the activity meaningful. 189; tsp vanilla essence. 1 C Brown sugar. 189; C white sugar.
