A Glimpse Into My Cravings. Doctor by day , foodie by night? I suppose that would be the most accurate way to describe my ideal situation. However the doctor by day portion seemed to take up days, nights, weekends and everything in between during my emergency medicine residency! Now that I have graduated, I am finding myself with the time and luxury to explore the latter. Slightly hindered by the lack of equipment. which I hope to change in the coming months. A Glimpse Into My Cravings. What do you all do when you have far too much of every herb imaginable? Don't even get me started on the volume of tomatoes we are about to have (see the right side of the picture above! But for now, that veggie box to the left is filled with herbs and I cut about a bushel of them this morning. Disclaimer, I have no idea how much a bushel is, but it was a lot! 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated. 1/2 cup pine nuts. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1 bushel of herbs.
