While it's hot from the oven you poke it all over with a skewer and drizzle with a sweet lemon glaze. 1 1/2 cups flour. 1 teas. baking powder. 1/2 teas. salt. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 teas. finely grated lemon peel. While baking prepare glaze:. 4 1/2 Tbls. lemon juice. In a small pot cook sugar and lemon juice, stirring, until dissolved. Wednesday, April 9, 2014. And here's the finished product.
