I set out at the beginning of the year hoping to accomplish a thousand miles of walking/running this year. I'm now aiming for 500. And I'll do it. Monday, July 11, 2011. Man, Im tired. Add 30 miles to this. Long story. Also: Shred Day 26 done. Saturday, July 9, 2011. Back on tthe treadmill. Crappy. I told Jess about the Seattle race, and she said she'd come down for it if we could both start s training program for it by September . Ack! Friday, July 8, 2011.
