It was a little uneasy just driving our truck under rocks that could potentially crush us to smithereens at any moment. Captions From Caryn and Cade. Monday, July 7, 2014. We had a fun 4th of July this year, with just our little family of 4. We started the morning off with delicious red, white, and blue pancakes. Then we finally made it to The World's Oldest Rodeo in Prescott! It was fun, but it would have been a whole lot more fun WITHOUT the kids! We had a great family day celebrating all of the freedoms we enjoy in this country and remembering the many, many sacrifices that have been made for that freedom.

Captions From Caryn and Cade. Tuesday, October 9, 2012. But We Wouldn't Do It Again. Before he was able to suck on a pacifier and keep it in his mouth. He was a decent sleeper before that, but a PERFECT sleeper after. This is from that week. He was eating raisins and was getting down from the chair when he just couldn't go on. Of course he woke up soon after that and wouldn't sleep again that day. First try at painting. This is before taking away the pacifier, to remind myself of better days.
