I offer a free initial telephone or online consultation of 20 minutes, for you to get to know how I work, ask any questions you may have, and ensure that it feels like a good therapeutic fit for you. Research has shown that rapport between client and counsellor is the strongest indicator of success in counselling. As further interest develops, there may be opportunities for participation in groups and weekend workshops. Fees for those services will be determined as they arise.
