Savory White Sweet Po's. A baking sheet full of roasted sweet potatoes is a regular occurrence in my house. Usually I stick with standard orange sweet potatoes (or yams if I am slicing and baking them as chips). I didn't know white sweet potatoes even existed until a few months ago. who knew! Holy smokes. Enough already, eh? Here is the recipe:. Savory White Sweet Po's. 2 large white sweet potatoes cubed. 1 red onion cubed. 3 T olive oil or ghee. 2 T finely chopped fresh rosemary. 1 tsp sea salt.
