Learning to be a mindful mother. Anger Management →. November 29, 2012. Over the past year I’ve been working to be more mindful as a parent. The upside is a long term benefit to my family. The downside is the short term realization that I have more than a few shortcomings as a parent and some work to do. And, well, let’s face it, I don’t want to fuck my kids up. No one does.
