Thursday, July 16, 2009. Pumpkim Soup - Healthy Version. Pumpkim is not my favourite veg when i was young cos i don't like veg that is not green in colour. Haha. Weird right. But it is my hubby fav veg of all, so i start to learn to appericate this veg and realise that it is quite gd. Taste like sweet potatoe, plus it's good for us. My first try of pumpkim soup, at least my hubby drink finish, complete with some dinner rolls and lamp cutlets as our dinner. Ha! 1) half of small size pumpkim.

Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Bought a bunch of fresh watercress at Sunnybank in Brisbane. Sunnybank is a place which almost me and hubby will visit everyweekend! Took us almost 2 hours to reach there and because this is a place where almost all the chinese or asian ingredients can be found. Lots of chinese there. Most of the time we will eat and buy what we need to bring up to our home. Far Far away. 1) a bunch of watercress. 3) 3-4 red dates. 4) 10g of north and south almond. 5) 10g of wolfberries.

Tuesday, July 14, 2009. My First Dish - ABC Soup! Though im a hokkien, but i'm quite a soup person! I believe soup is really important in a chinese meal! Hence, have been trying to fix with a soup each time i cook for my hubby! This soup is simple and nice. I rem my mum cook this and call it ABC soup. haha. maybe it is full of veg - vitamins in the soup. For this, i cook for two pax and just right. What you need :. 2) 1 carrot, potatoe and corn. 3) 1 small onion. 4) pinch of salt to taste.

When she smiles, all you hear around her is ‘SO CUTE’! She moves really fast, be it crawling, switching from fours to sitting position or cruising around the living room. When she does that, all you hear is ‘Be careful, Abby’! She loves it when I teach her to call ‘Papa’, ‘Mummy’ and ‘Jie Jie’. She cries whenever mummy moves out of her sight.
