Made this delicious snack this week to kick the sugar cravings! 2/3 cup of raw cacao powder. 4 tablespoons of Coconut oil. 1/2 cup dessicated coconut. 2 cups of mejool fresh dates. 1 small ripe avocado. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. 1 table spoon of Rice Malt syrup (can use maple syrup). The results are that all 3 diets cause one to gain weight. We also found out that an upsized meal causes one to gain more weight as compared to a standard sized meal.
