Contest Prep may be over for the season but healthy choices is STILL important, I have a little more variety and have been just WAITING to make some of the yummy clean stuff I've been seeing on Instagram. This is a recipe I put together from a few different recipes. My kids LOVE it too! 1 Cup of Old Fashion Oats. 1/2 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter. 2 scoops of vanilla why protein (I use Isopure). 2 TBL of raw honey. 1/4 cup chia seeds.

Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Caramel Protein Iced Latte. BRING on the WARMER Weather! Inspired by my friend Cara Wades Protein Mocha recipe she shared, I put this together to satisfy my caramel java tooth! It's a GREAT pre or post workout drink! Or just GREAT for when you want an expensive loaded calorie coffee:). 1 cup of almond milk. 1 cup of strong coffee. 2-3 TBLS of Walden Farms Caramel Sauce. 1 cup or so of ice (add more if you like). 1 scoop of vanilla protein. It's soooo EASY to make too!

ENJOY! 4 oz of shredded chicken. 2 TBLS of shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese. 1/4 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt. 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla. Seasonings of choice or taco seasoning. 1 TBLS of Guacamole (optional). 1 TBLS of Greek Yogurt (Optional). Only 360 Calories, 40 Grams of Protein, 27 Carbs, and 13 Grams of Fat.

Friday, April 10, 2015. Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae. Ok, so full bikini prep has began and I'm 12 weeks out from Team Universe. So, I start to get creative with my cravings. I am a dark chocolate lover so bitter chocolate tastes good to me and satisfies my chocolate cravings. Not to mention dark chocolate is totally good for you! Full of fiber and anti-oxidants:). 1⃣ 4 tbs of unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa. 2⃣ 2-5 tsp stevia (depending on your taste). 3⃣ 3 tbs of water. 4⃣ 1 egg white.

Thursday, January 22, 2015. Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Frozen Cheesecake. 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese. 1/4 cup of water. 1 tsp of stevia. 1 Tbls of Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix. SEA SALT AND DARK CHOCOLATE LAYER. 4 Tbls of unsweetened special dark chocolate Cocoa. 2-1/2 Tbls of water. 1 tsp of stevia. 1 tsp of honey. Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup.
