وبلاگی برای اهل علم. نظرات و پیشنهادهای شما. وبلاگی برای اهل علم. کانون دوم (دومین ماه زمستان) سی و یک روز است. خلط بلغم (که معادل مزاج فصل زمستان و سرد و تر است بر اخلاط دیگر) غلبه پیدا میکند. سزاوار است که ناشتا آب گرم نوشیده شود. جماع در این ماه نیکوست. خوردن سبزیجات گرم مزاج مثل کرفس و تره تیزک و تره نافع است. اول روز حمام رفتن و روغن مالی کردن بدن به روغن خیری (شبو) و روغنی که (مزاجش) مشابه آن است مفید است. از شیرینی جات و خوردن ماهی تازه و شیر پرهیز شود. ۲۴ دی ۹۵ ، ۱۶:۰۰. آش نخورده و دهان سوخته!
