A Home for a Bunny

Projects in the Hopper. Thursday, March 3, 2011. I am drawn to colored glass and pick up any I see at thrift stores and garage sales. Mostly my collection consist of green glass. Anyone seen Return to Oz? My collection also usually rests in a box gathering dust. I came across said box and thought about how I've went with green hues in my kitchen. Perfect opportunity. A little love for St. Patrick's Day too! It's difficult to get decent shots- for me anyway! Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Clear, smoky and blue a...

A Home for a Bunny: February 2011

http://ahomeforabunny.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html

Projects in the Hopper. Saturday, February 26, 2011. Family HQ is done and ready to function! Every portion of the bulletin board has an integral purpose to running the household efficiently. NO PAPER CLUTTER ALLOWED! Topped with coordinating happiness and a few ingenious ideas, I L-O-V-E. Let's look how it started for drama:. You can see how I recovered the bulletin board here. The calendar is a shiny piece of scrapbook paper drawn with Expo Vis a Vis wet erase markers. These are excellent markers!

A Home for a Bunny: Just Say No to Word Verification!

http://ahomeforabunny.blogspot.com/2011/02/just-say-no-to-word-verification.html

Projects in the Hopper. Sunday, February 13, 2011. Just Say No to Word Verification! I love to leave comments. But, lately I'm getting so frustrated because I will write a well thought out comment and BAM! The dreaded WORD VERIFICATION REJECTION! That's usually where the comment ends. Word verification is the number one comment killer in my book. I've seen a ton of people mentioning it and so I made a button! Please feel free to grab it. a sort of a PSA. A Home for a Bunny: Chore Chart

http://ahomeforabunny.blogspot.com/2011/02/chore-chart.html

Projects in the Hopper. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. This is the second installment of the making of Family HQ! The first step was redoing the bulletin board. Keeping to my goals. The chore chart is essential to teaching them responsibility and lightening the load on me. We have done many chore charts in the past, but I've found they only do the chores when they want and for money! I came across Coupon Cookin’s. Put away clean clothes (this will be a life saver for me). Outside trash pick up. On the wri...

A Home for a Bunny: Baby Sock Specimen Art

http://ahomeforabunny.blogspot.com/2011/02/baby-sock-specimen-art.html

Projects in the Hopper. Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Baby Sock Specimen Art. Today I was storing away some baby clothes. I could of just cried. I held every little outfit and cuddled it! I came across a baby sock and it fit right on my thumb. As all mothers do, I want to keep lots of outfits because they give me the warm fuzzies. It seems like such a shame to stuff them into a spacebag and have them just sit there though. Keep an eye out for more laundry room projects! Baby socks: obviously used and free.

The House

Saturday, April 18, 2009. Saturday, March 21, 2009. Thursday, December 18, 2008. Last posting for a while. I expect this will be the last posting for a while on this blog. The rooms are about as done as they'll get until we have time to get to buy some more curtains, pick up furniture, etc. Andrew has the stomach 'flu now and I haven't been getting much sleep so it's kind of low on our priority list (never mind there's about a thousand things still to do for Christmas.). In the basement. Eventually I...
