The list of things we must do! DIY: Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans. Over the past week I have made chocolate covered coffee beans a total of 3 times, and they never lasted longer than 2 days before they were eaten. I meant to post earlier about them, but I didn’t take sufficient photos of the process I developed, and then I lost my camera with the pictures on it and couldn’t do ANYTHING! I love g-l words! Two small microwave safe bowls. Melting chips, milk or dark, plus a contrasting color for decorating.

Tenpenny Splendid: pumpkin spice donuts

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. This recipe came together really quickly. Even the glazing and sprinkling took no time. I used both regular sized and mini donut pans. I got ten regular sized donuts and twelve minis out of it. A certain boyfriend kept sampling the minis before I even melted the chocolate so I can safely say that these are delicious with or without topping. ;). I think I'm going to make these for the lunchroom at work one day soon. I think they'd be really well received. :). 2 cups ap flour.
