Saturday, July 31, 2010. I love the summer rain storms. The girls had fun playing in the rain today. I think that they like them just as much as I do. The next day we met at the Old Mission in Santa Barbara. The Santa Barbara Mission was established on the Feast of Saint Barbara, December 4, 1786 and was the tenth of twenty-one California Missions to be founded by the Spanish Franciscans.
