A positive pregnancy test in December of 2011 informed Kim and me that our lives were about to drastically change. We were going to be parents! And now, roughly 19 months later, we are full fledged possessors of a human life (aka: “Mom” and “Dad”). The journey has been quite an adventure, and every single one of you have played a part in it; big or small, all of your roles are important.
