California Senate Bill No. 486, Chapter 683 is an act to add Section 4685.8 to the Welfare and Institutions Code, relating to developmental services. SB486 is the bill that established the statewide Self Determination program which will effectively change the way services and support contained in an individual program plan (IPP) are purchased.
