20130401【愛滋行動聯盟聲明】呼籲國家愛滋政策 回歸健保 降低藥價. 針對衛生署疾病管制局於民國102年3月29日發佈之「疾病管制局邀集藥商協商調降愛滋藥價，期待協力控制藥費成長幅度」新聞稿，對愛滋治療用藥之專利藥進口藥商提出呼籲：「期待其發揮社會責任，調降藥價，使政府現行對感染者的醫療照顧制度得以延續。」台灣愛滋行動聯盟特別發表以下四點聲明：. 過去兩年有關愛滋藥費是否實施感染者部分負擔政策，引發感染者社群「政策歧視」與「用藥中斷」的擔憂，這段期間，愛滋行動聯盟亦曾透過「舉辦多場公民論壇」、「匯集感染者社群與第一線工作者意見」、「提出部分負擔實施後影響說明書」、「召開政策落實愛滋防治記者會」等方式，表達高度關切。 愛滋行動聯盟認為：愛滋相關工作包含了教育、防疫、治療、復健、人權保障等，唯有行政院出面，提出國家級的愛滋政策後，才能擴大協調跨部會推動愛滋相關政策，而非僅將愛滋防治工作視為治療與防疫，由衛生署或疾病管制局承擔其責任。 二、保障感染者人權、愛滋反歧視教育、全面愛滋教育，是防疫政策的根本. 目前台灣治療愛滋之專利用藥，進口藥商雖享有專利藥之專利保護權利，但其高單...愛滋病需要透過特定的傳...
