All funds from the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (SCDDSN) to provide services flow through the Aiken County Board of Disabilities (ACBD). This system permits people with disabilities to remain in their natural homes or, if this is not possible, to live in family-like settings in our community.
