Friday, July 15, 2011. 孩子们跟着我，辗转于中美各地，分别在上海，北京，深圳上过幼儿园小班。 乐观者说：孩子们见多识广，经历丰富，学习中文，结交朋友。。。。 悲观者说：孩子们 颠簸流离， 居无定所， 环境不断改变，没有安全感。。。。 我是一个中庸者，希望能够尽量帮助孩子们积极正面地适应生活，同时努力减少负面影响。 虽然刚开始的时候，运运迅速喜欢上了新的环境，并交了4个好朋友。 但是这周暑期正式开始，4个小朋友全消失了， 而且老师也换了。 被变化打了个措手不及的运运， 彻底崩溃了。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sunday, February 28, 2010. Jazz/Pop Festival by Baobao. Pacing.pacing.pacing.pacing. I was so nervous for the jazz pop festival that my stomach was flopping into my throat. What's the judge like? How many people are there? Will I do good? Hopefully, really hopeful, I won't do terrible, and that I get a purple ribbon this time. Because if I was, the audience wouldn't have clapped so loud. My heart thumping, I calmly took a bow. Later I walked to an empty chair in the audience seats. That was so weird!

Eric had another great day. He sat for breakfast and had some (早上可是吃完才去上学的). He sat for lunch and ate good (finished most). He sat for snack and ate everything. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. 我的妈妈并不完美，确切地说，她有很多缺点。 晚上下班回家，看到没有衣服晒出来，打开洗衣机一看，. 第二次我刚回家，妈妈就很得意地说：“这次我帮你把衣服都晒上了！”. 可是，可是，洗衣机里的那些衣服，我还没有洗呀！ 她，她，她，竟然把我的脏衣服们都晒上了。 第三次，我要出差，临行专门提醒她等衣服洗好帮我晒上。 可是，可是，臭不可闻。原来，衣服洗完在洗衣机里捂了两天，她才想起来给我晒上。。。。 工作上的事儿，生活上的事儿，有妈妈在，总可以一起唠叨唠叨。 比如nornor对着运运发火了，我就会和妈妈共同回想我的童年：比我大6岁的哥哥总是很耐心地带着我和姐姐玩，从来没有嫌弃过他的两个小尾巴，更没有对我们发过火。 这也让我想起来， nornor快4岁的时候在中国上幼儿园， 老师让小朋友做个填空题：. 和妈妈在一起，我没有报喜不...

Saturday, August 28, 2010. 这次，特别特别感谢standard，免费提供食住行而且还免费陪玩儿。 用那句英文就是说" i can't say enough how much i appreciate it。". 偷偷说一下标美家啊，家住central park那儿。去之前就听说她家很方便，去了之后才知道什么叫方便，whole food随便走几步就到了，买个面包买杯咖啡，当早餐吃。各个famous brand店儿，有钱就成，走路几分钟就可以去花。 晚上我睡觉的时候，她送了一盒点心到我房间，我大乐：“太好了，我晚上要吃”。标美哈哈一笑：“现在大家都知道你晚上会饿了。” 嘻嘻，这一篇一出来，你们谁要是不知道我晚上会饿我跟你们没完啊。 这次去的是citi，感谢我PENN的同学帮忙给投的简历，一次PHONE一次WRITTEN就ONSITE了。经过讨价之后决定给我COVER AIRFAIR FEE，我就没再敢要求hotel，马马虎虎就定了行程。 第二位就是直接决定人命运的director了。他本身是个Ph.D，闲聊时居然知道我读phd的其中一adviso...第三位也是一个director...
