Wednesday, August 31, 2011. After 4 days of uninterrupted slacking at home, I have come to one conclusion about myself. I need constant stimuli to keep my mind distracted from what I have to do. Last month my friend, Michelle, and I decided to start a 30 day ab challenge, #27 on my 101 List. We started it February 1st and have yet to finish it.
