This is a traditional village and cultural site located at the base of Namsan mountain designed to show to the public and traveler’s how Koreans lived for centuries before. The round dais below contains a time capsule to be opened by a future generation in a hundred years time. The tower is Namsan Seoul tower which I visited before.
