Robertson Farm Family: July 2013
http://ryan-mindy-kids.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 28, 2013. 24th of July celebration in Utah. We were in Spanish Fork over the 24th and got to witness what it would have been like to see the 2000 stripling warriors! It was very powerful, they had the army of Helaman playing in the back ground. I will try to upload the video I have as well! In front is Captian Moroni and Helaman. The banner says -we do not doubt. Each ward had a sign in a stick stating what ward/stake they were from! There was so many of them, what a powerful tool!

Running Diary: July 25, 2011
http://ainslie-runningdiary.blogspot.com/2011/07/july-25-2011.html
Monday, July 25, 2011. July 25, 2011. This morning I ran a mile in my new Merrel Barefoot shoes. The guy at the store told me to work slowly with them and not over run because it will make me feet sore since I am using different muscles and tendons that normal shoes do not force your feet to use. I loved them! I did step on one rock wrong and it kinda hurt because the bottoms of the shoes are not think like regular shoes but what did I expect running on gravel roads.
