Nomadic Yogini: September 2008
http://nomadicyogini.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Lessons Learned On and Off the Mat. Monday, September 8, 2008. A question of convenience. In July I joined the food co-op Suzie Lerma with Sol Food Market set up. When I first heard there was a co-op, I wasn't sold on the idea but wanted to support Suzie and her efforts to provide our small town with wholesome, organic and healthy foods. The farmer, also named Doug, ducks under a clothes line of white cotton tee-shirts and greets us. Saturday, September 6, 2008. Over the Handle Bars. I LOVE mountain biki...

http://nomadicyogini.blogspot.com/2009/02/happiness-always-follows.html
Lessons Learned On and Off the Mat. Thursday, February 5, 2009. Several times in my life I have found that happiness and joy always follow pain and loss. I am excited about this new chapter. Nomadic Yogini: June 2008
http://nomadicyogini.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Lessons Learned On and Off the Mat. Saturday, June 14, 2008. The Yin and Yang of Yoga Practice. I decided to stop for a yoga class in Temecula on my way to Carlsbad last Sunday. I dropped in at the Living Yoga Center ( http:/ www.living-yoga.com/. Will I return to Valucha's class? Probably not, it wasn't really for me. But I did learn more about myself and my own yoga practice, and I will always be grateful that I stayed the course and didn't accept her invitiation to leave. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Nomadic Yogini: Why do we judge?
http://nomadicyogini.blogspot.com/2008/07/why-do-we-judge.html
Lessons Learned On and Off the Mat. Friday, July 11, 2008. Why do we judge? We all do it. I do it. It doesn’t make it right, but it does offer us an opportunity to really know ourselves. And most importantly: What am I missing out on by snapping to this conclusion? What time is it? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I am a recovering corporate-type, who, in my...
