Dozens of new stuff. all the same! Sorry about the lack of news. I hope you had a Merry Xmas and by the way, happy new year 2015! Those are pieces for the awesome boardgame COSMIC ENCOUNTER. Just made 2 colors so far, hi-tech metallic energy boosted PURPLE player and Low tech rusty GREEN player. Kinda reiniscent of Halo UNSC and the covenant color schemes I guess. Bueno, perdón por la falta de noticias. Espero que hayas pasado unas felices fiestas y os deseo un feliz año nuevo 2015! La Izla de Luizda.

LAZYMINIS: Feed my Frankenstein

Again, a pale base color (AP necrotic flesh) highlighted (VMC german yellow) washed and glazed in green and blue (both hues usin AP inks and its Vallejo wash counterparts) respectively to achieve a classic/ cartoon look. VGC extraopaque (dark) grey washed in AP dark tone and final tuch ups to tweak contrast. Fun and relative quick sculpt/ paintjob. He's on a 20mm square base so for my standards it's a walking pile of muscle. Dunno what's next. Suggestions accepted ;). 11/11/2014 01:36:00 a. m. Un gran ej...

Recently got few of those italian soft rubber toys called Gormiti. I admit I love those as they are perfect for my needs (about 5cm tall and really cartoonish-chuncky) and to figure out what to do with the random ones found in a pack is kinda fun. As my regular minis are about 2cm tall, beasties like that are great for gigantic stuff as demons, etc. Now, that toonish lava elemental (would be great for Crucible wargame) is ready for painting, hopefully next weekend. 1/01/2013 01:13:00 p. m.

As tech and companies hace pushed the boundaries of speedpainting I guess I could add something about speed basing. You know the pick 2 equation, juste take two; speed quality = money. La tecnología y las compañías han apretado las tuercas en lo que a modelismo se refiere, sobretodo en el fenómeno conocido como speed painting. O pintar mucho en muy poco tiempo. Así que añado mi granito de arena (toma, soy un literato! 2/26/2014 08:20:00 p. m. Vallejo Review: Wash vs. Ink vs. Transparent. Con esto espero ...

More than meets the eye. A Clash of Heroes (might and magic game) figure I had sitting arround for months. They are made of rubber and if I learned something from this is that you should take pics of your miniatures right after primming; that will help you ntice nasty mouldlines. Then used tamiya putty to give him a jeanstealer-ish appearance (mistery face) yet late I went for a more classic face and cheap brownepoxy to fill gaps Voliá, patriarc in disguise. Venía en un pack de 7 a 5.95€ y era ...Here yo...

All filler no killer. Ok, a quickie I made despite I don't play wargames anymore. A piece of terrain depicting a temple of an ancient "unknown" civilization. I blinked and it was made. Terrain is always fun. Oh, and next week I promise not to cheat on posts' dates. Enough of being a sociopath ;p. 3/03/2013 03:03:00 a. m. Suscribirse a: Entradas (Atom). The Day The World Went Away. Yet another conversion. Another fun painting project using just 3 colors: warpaint's necrotic flesh (everything, then non flesh parts highlighted with bone color), vallejo heavy grey (shoes) and vallejo's oil steel (metals). Green Blue "ink" (warpaints) over visor and flak vest (back), then an overall blue warpaint ink on the same zones plus helmet and robes (arms). Warpaints red ink here and there (flesh, nose pus sack) then strong tone "ink" (flesh parts gun and watch).

Quick and fun paintjob, mostly Army Painter's necrotic flesh (brush on), then dark and strong tone washes with touches of purple wash. Vallejo's heavy goldyellow or the beer mug and few blood splats done in tamiya clear red. Rapidito y divertido. Necrotic Flesh a pincel, de army painter y unos lavados strong, dark y púrpura. Amarillo denso de vallejo para la jarra de cerveza y unas salpicaduras de Tamiya rojo transparente. 9/24/2014 09:57:00 p. m. Living Dead *wip*. Girl. Miniatura originalmente modelada...
