I have used two silk thread yarns, light green and white. Attached red colored beads and for the loops used golden colored thread yarn. Do leave your comments / suggestions on this. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Its been two months ,but I still can't believe that my brother is no more. He was just 47 yrs. I am in a state of shock. My heart is not able to accept the fact that he is not there anymore. That I wouldn't be able to speak to him anymore. I feel as if I have lost my father for the second time. Sunday, April 19, 2015. Bottle Makeover . Once again. I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I am going to share another project in bottle makeover series. I simply love decorating these used bottle. Hopefully, I would be able to adjust these in my already over loaded home decor. This is how it looked before. I have again used shilpkar to make decorative flowers and leaves. I painted the background black. For this I used normal black color that is used to paint doors / windows. My 2nd Liebster Award.

Friday, August 21, 2015. My sketch book - Pencil Shading. Sketching has slowly and steadily become a part of my every day routine. It is extremely satisfying to know that finally I am able to sketch with more confidence and clarity. Still. I have a long way to go before I reach a point where I can draw like a pro. :). Friday, July 31, 2015. My Sketch book - Another madhubani painting. This is another Madhubani painting of Lord Buddha. Which I am going to share from my sketch book. Do let me know how it looks :). I also tried out a new healthy recipe of Bran Muffins. Sorry, I didn't get a chance to click more fancy pics, as my kids got busy eating them.These are very delicious and yummy. Monday, September 15, 2014. Photo frame with Madhubani. Today's my son last exam and I have finally got time to do my blog post.During these past few week, everything has been on hold. My craft cravings, drawing classes, shopping for Durga Pooja. etc. I chanced upon few photo frames in my craft stock and decided to some painting on it. This is a medium sized photo frame measuring approx. about 8" x 6". I have painted peacock motifs in madhubani style using acrylic colors. Labels: Drawing and Painting.
